Lesson learned

After  more than 10 years of experience in software development industry I noted following lessons for myself

1. Development is not individual show, it is team work!

2. You can achieve good number of works with mid-level developers if you have well established infrastructure and processes.

3. You can’t improve what you can’t measure

4. Agile Scrum - fixed time length of sprint is brilliant idea!
